Active OR Dehydrated Starter- SOURDOUGH
All starters will include information about how to care for your starter, plus a few recipes to get you started.
Active starters come in recently fed starter tea/kefir, but will need to be fed upon their arrival: these are living cultures that need to eat and breathe!
Dehydrated starters can be stored until you’re ready to get started! These will take a bit more time to get fully hydrated and active, but the flexibility of being able to wait until you get started can be well worth this slight delay: because of this flexibility, they also make great gifts!
